Mugmania

Mugs, by definition, have handles and often hold a larger amount of fluid than other types of cups. Mugs are purely used for enjoyment. Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa mainly fill this drinking mechanism. However, when pondered about, one would drink these liquids with company, or just for their own well being in the morning or evening. Mugs are almost a social tool--something essential for small talk and relaxation.

These drinking mechanisms are often made of ceramic material such as earthenware, bone china, porcelain, or stoneware. Some also made of strengthened glass--pyrex. Often times they are made on a wheel.
